Fair Exhibitor Requirements
In order to participate in the 2026 Yuba-Sutter Fair, all youth must complete the following requirements:
- Enroll in the project that is to be exhibited at the fair by November 1st 2025
- Attend and volunteer at 2 or more Bi-County events
- Give an age appropriate presentation at either project, club, or county level (Any level for 1st and 2nd year regular members. Club or county level for 3rd to 5th year regular members. County level for 6th+ year regular members)
- Attend 80% of project meetings for the project that is to be exhibited at the fair
- All youth exhibiting livestock must also complete the YQCA certification course. Upon completion, certification is valid for 3 years
